Instavora provides an interface that allows users to retrieve and download publicly accessible media from Instagram and optionally back it up to an authorized Google Drive account.

• You will not use the service to infringe on any third party rights.
• You will not attempt to bypass access controls to reach private or restricted content.
• You will not use automated scripts or bots to abuse the service.

We do not host, store, or own media downloaded through the service. All content remains the property of its respective creators and rights holders.

5. Google Drive Integration Terms

If you connect Google Drive, you authorize the service to access your folder structure only to let you choose an upload target and stream requested media to that folder.

Instavora is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc., Instagram, or Google LLC.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of any kind.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Instavora and its developers are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
